Heidi VonderHeide is an associate in the Chicago office and concentrates her practice in securities and commercial litigation. Heidi represents individuals and institutional clients in complex securities and consumer fraud litigation, shareholder derivative suits and a wide array of other consumer and commercial cases.
Additionally, Heidi represents individual investors who are the victims of investment fraud in lawsuits and arbitrations against their broker and brokerage firms. Generally held before FINRA (for more info, visit our FINRA FAQs page), Heidi has represented investors in disputes arising out of broker fraud, negligence, rule violations, statutory violations, and similar claims.
She received her B.A. from Loyola University Chicago in 2004, graduating with honors. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2007, graduating magna cum laude.
Ms. VonderHeide is a member of the Illinois Bar and is a member of the bar for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Active in her community, she is a frequent volunteer with Wills for Heroes.
