Leigh Lasky is a member of the firm and concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, securities fraud actions, corporate take-over litigation, general business litigation and arbitration. Mr. Lasky has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants and in 2007 negotiated a $298.5 million settlement against a major accounting firm. Mr. Lasky is admitted to practice in the states of Illinois and New York as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
