• In 2007, we successfully negotiated a $298.5 million settlement from a major accounting firm.
• In 2010 the firm successfully defended a private company in a suit alleging violation of state consumer protection laws. 
• The firm has also acted as Settlement Counsel in dozens of cases for public and private companies.
• Jury trial of a tortious interference claim resulting in a seven-figure settlement during trial.

Securities Litigation

• Successfully defended company against fraud and RICO claims brought by over 500 individuals.
• Successfully negotiated a settlement for  corporate and individual defendants in a federal securities fraud action prior to the commencement of discovery.
